Shirt was the right one and the size was right too. Nothing missing. Took a little longer than expected, but it was fine

I had a good experience with customer support. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to hear back, but once they replied, they answered my question clearly and were really nice about it. From my experience, I’m happy with the help I got.

In the end, it fit just the way I wanted. The sizing was right on for me, and it feels really comfortable to wear.

I was waiting around for the delivery and kept checking the tracking like, “Okay, maybe any minute now.” It ended up arriving later than expected, which was a little frustrating, but at least it did eventually show up. Not the smoothest delivery experience, but I got what I ordered in the end.

I was hoping there would be a decent selection, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. This is where it got annoying because I kept looking around thinking I’d find more options, but everything felt really limited.

The item itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box arrived dented, and the product felt like it was just rattling around inside instead of being secured properly. For the price, I expected a bit more care, especially compared to other brands I’ve ordered from that pack things much more neatly and securely. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but it definitely made the whole experience feel less premium.

I ordered a Chase shirt and, i kind of assumed from the listing that it would be decent, but it ended up being really nice. The fabric feels soft, the print doesn’t have that cheap glossy look, and it still looked good after I washed it. Happy with it overall

I tried to return a shirt and it turned into such a hassle, with slow replies, confusing instructions, back-and-forth that didn’t really help, and then after all that I still had to cover the shipping myself, so by the end I was just frustrated and felt like it really wasn’t worth the trouble.

I don’t know, the merch just felt a little off to me. I’m literally not sure it’s the real deal.
